Tested against the men's ball.
A helmet only matters at the moment it is hit, and that moment is governed by the gap between peak and grille. Masuri fix that gap and test the whole assembly to BS7928:2013 against a men's ball — the standard that keeps a bouncer out of the visor.
Titanium bars take the weight off your neck through a long spell, the shell vents so you stay cool at the crease, and the harness holds its fit when you turn and duck. Protection you forget you are wearing until you need it.
Vouched for.
What players said.
“Took one clean on the grille facing our quickest and it never shifted a millimetre. Light enough that I've forgotten it's on my head by drinks.”
“Certified, well vented, and the sizing covered our whole junior squad. The fixed grille gap is exactly the line a parent wants to read before handing it over.”

Before you walk out.
Is it a current safety standard?
Yes — it meets the current British Standard for cricket helmets with a fixed grille set to the regulation ball-gap. It's the standard you'll be asked for at any decent club or league.
How should it fit?
Snug all the way round with no rock when you nod, and the peak just above the brow. Measure around your head above the ears and match the size chart — between sizes, take the smaller and let the padding settle in.
Can the grille gap be adjusted?
The grille sits at the regulation gap out of the box and shouldn't be widened — that gap is precisely what stops the ball reaching the face. Replacement grilles are available if one takes a knock.
How do I keep it match-fresh?
Pull the pads out and air them after a hot day, wipe the shell down, and check the grille fixings each season. Replace the padding if it flattens — a loose helmet is a useless one.
