Bats are weighed and the anti-scuff and toe guard fitted; grilles and guards are inspected before they go in the carton.

Past the $120 line, dispatch is on us.
Add a grip, a tin of oil or an innings guide and most orders clear the free-dispatch line comfortably. Timings above are courier estimates and can stretch a little over public holidays and finals weekends.

When will my order be sent?
Same business day if you order before 1pm AEST, otherwise the next morning. You will get a tracking link as soon as it leaves us.
Do you ship a knocked-in bat safely?
Yes — every bat travels with its anti-scuff sheet and toe guard fitted, wrapped and braced in a rigid carton so the edges arrive as they left the bench.
Can I collect from Melbourne?
We can arrange local pick-up for larger orders. Send us a note through the contact page and we will sort a time.
Do you deliver overseas?
We post to New Zealand and the UK on request. Email us with your items and address and we will quote the freight before you pay.
